Service Description. This Site describes Tree Trimming, Tree Removal, Hazard Removal, Landscaping, Stump Grinding, Sprinkler Installation, Mulching, Snow Removal provided by Hortus Tree & Landscape Services, Corp.. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://coloradospringstreetrimming.com is the property of Hortus Tree & Landscape Services, Corp. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Hortus Tree & Landscape Services, Corp. may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Warranty Disclaimer. Hortus Tree & Landscape Services, Corp. makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Hortus Tree & Landscape Services, Corp.'s total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Hortus Tree & Landscape Services, Corp. against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. CO law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CO.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
